At NOFI, sustainability means focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance throughout our entire value chain.

Through our environmental efforts, we take responsibility for reducing our impact on the external environment and climate change. Our environmental work is integrated into daily operations and should be a natural part of our culture. All our employees are committed to the environmental policy. Our company will assess its relationship with and impact on the environment and incorporate environmental efforts into its management system. This means that environmental and climate issues will be prioritized in business and service development.

We are a participant of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest initiative for sustainable business, with thousands of participants across the globe. As a participant we are committed to upholding the ten universal principles in the areas of:

As a participant we publish an annual report outlining our progress in integrating these principles into our business practices. This reporting ensures that accountability and sustainability remain embedded in our operations – creating value for people, the environment, and society as a whole
